الملخص

The contemporary communication system is undergoing profound structural transformations due to the rapid development of artificial intelligence and algorithmic systems. Communication is no longer purely human-centered, based solely on intentionality and symbolic interaction; instead, it has become a space shared with non-human actors capable of producing messages, directing meaning, and influencing collective awareness. This study critically analyzes these transformations from a philosophical perspective, tracing the evolution of communication models from Shannon and Weaver’s linear model, through Habermas’s communicative rationality, to Castells’s network society, with particular attention to the emergence of the algorithmic actor. The findings indicate that these transformations not only affect communication tools but also reshape the communicative structure, social values, and the position of humans within the digital public sphere
