Abstract

Identifying the problems faced by journalists in practising investigative journalism as a pattern of journalism that seeks to uncover the facts and highlight the distortions and corruptions that society knows. In this endeavour, it devotes the "watchdog" role to the media. Western newspapers have dedicated distinct sections and editors capable of searching, investigating and detecting the level.
