Public Relations Practitioners' Ethics In Arabic Universities A Field Study On Sample Of Public Relations Practitioners In Arabic Universities

Abstract
This research aimed to identify the ethics and moral values in which applied by public relations practitioners in Arab universities. To achieve the aim of this study the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach. So he used the (Questionnaire) as tool of study, The Society of research included employees (practitioners) in Public Relations in Arab universities, whom were 242, distributed on (57) from Arab universities. The research displayed that the most important functions of public relations in the Arab universities are the organization of meetings, conferences, seminars and festivals and guiding the guests and delegations. Also it displayed that one of the most important factors influencing the promotion of public relations ethics is the cumulative day-to-day learning and the courses held by the university, and one of the most prominent issues raised against public relations in Arab universities is a lack of studies and researches, the exaggeration of positive things and the concealment of negativity. Additionally, the public relations practitioners in Arab universities have refused to give false promises as well as exploit the influence of the post to undermine or compromise the other
