Abstract
This study aimed to identify the reality of the administrative organization of the Communication Directorate at the Algeria Post Corporation (General Directorate), by measuring the degree of availability of the variables of the administrative organization (which are the dimensions of the organizational structure, organizational relations and the efficiency and effectiveness of organization) in the Communication Directorate. The results have been reached the following: The degree of availability of the dimensions of the organizational structure of the directorate was medium (63.8%) and the nature of organizational relations in the directorate was normal (62.0%), when the level of efficiency and effectiveness of organization together in the directorate was low (49.0%).
