Abstract

The audience is considered one of the topics that has been controversial in the field of media and communication, it is old in terms of existence, and new in terms of studies that merely inventory the behavior of individuals without researching the motives that compel the recipient to follow this and that, so we will focus in this research paper on the interpretive dimension of the study of the audience. And receiving, and the study of the social, psychological and cultural process that determines a particular group of the audience (its culture and what it expects through receiving), so the communicator must know the audience he deals with because the accurate understanding of the audience, especially with regard to the audience in the new communicative environment, so the question that arises for us Here: How does the new media audience receive the media content and how can its interpretations be understood?
