Abstract

            Information and communication technologies have developed rapidly since the early nineties, especially through digitization and data compression, all the important technical factors involved in production, storage and distribution, especially audiovisual media, have been expanded and accelerated, as a result of which a large number of new media have emerged. In addition, digitization has changed the scope and use of radio and television, also the production processes and sales channels of different media, the integration of previously separate information and communication technologies allows new applications, for example: by integrating television and computer; the computer with the TV appears.
