Limits of media practice in social networking sites in light of the dissemination of fake news. Ethical and legal reading within the Algerian perspective

This study examines the limits of media practice within the Algerian context of content produced by social media sites, especially with the spread of fake news, by identifying the criteria that control the production, transfer and circulation of news content at the level of these sites, by highlighting the laws approved by the Algerian legislator, as well as recognizing the importance of ethics of the profession and social responsibility, especially after the recent events experienced by Algeria in what is known as popular movement.
