The academic presence of e-public relations across all sectors, particularly the economic sector, is a fundamental pillar for the advancement and development of national economies.
Given that Algeria, through its economic institutions, is striving to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development and provide the necessary infrastructure to improve this strategic sector, Algerian institutions are now relying on numerous academic studies and research that emphasize the importance of the digital world. This includes considering the need for Algerian institutions to operate within their specific environment to access vast amounts of information and data, enabling them to function more effectively and achieve their strategic and operational goals.
Consequently, Algerian institutions are attempting to adopt several important functions to achieve this objective, most notably e-public relations, which faces numerous challenges in its implementation and practical application.
