Abstract

In this article, which is tagged with the life cycle of the crisis, the researcher deals with visions and models of the issue of the crisis within the institution and its stages, and the extent to which these stages are similar to the life stages of a living organism, and how to address the crisis and reduce its effects.In this regard, we note that researchers' opinions differed regarding the stages of the crisis life cycle, perhaps the most important of which is centered on the four-stage model presented by "Gonzalez-Ferrero, & Pratt," focusing on a set of principles.Based on that, we will try, through this article, to define the crisis and the life cycle of the crisis, focusing on the importance of communication in this field.
