Facebook as an Informational and communication interface for the activities of a public institution:The official page of the library "Mohammed Dib" in the city of Tlemcen -model

Our study aims to identify the communication strategy adopted by the moderators of the studied page and the extent of its effectiveness in running the Facebook page as a media and communication interface for the public institution, in addition to identifying the nature of the interaction of the page's followers with the content it publishes.
The study concluded that there is a clear and specific communication strategy on which the page depends.the page is working to achieve a set of goals, the most important of which are: media promotion of the institution, the ongoing briefing by covering the inquiries of followers. three basic dimensions can be reached by defining the adopted communication strategy, namely: the temporal dimension, the page activity, and the interactive dimension. Identify three communication dimensions on which the people on the page based through their publications, namely: the advertising dimension, the informational dimension.
