Public audiovisual communication: Parliamentary TV channels as a model

Abstract
This article deals with the subject of public communication, in the context of questioning related knowledge literature, and criticizing its specificities in the audiovisual field, where parliamentary TV channels, as thematic channels, constitute a practical model and one of its tools.
To treat the different aspects of this article, we have divided it into fundamentals elements. The first, included the field of public communication and its forms, whereas the second element was devoted to public audio-visual communication through parliamentary channels, and presenting examples of the French experience and the Canadian experience in this context.
