This study discusses the issue of management in light of the digital revolution and the radical transformations produced that affected individuals and institutions. Also aims to clarify how the social sciences can contribute to the field of management until it gets out of the narrow circle. The aim of this study is to re-open an intellectual debate about an old and renewed issue of a sociological nature, as it gains its importance from the position occupied by the management issue at the present time, whether academics within the research space in the social sciences in terms of theoretical and methodological aspects or at the societal level due to the repercussions on individuals and institutions.
