Abstract

       This study examines the quality of public services provided by government institutions through the application of electronic administration. The research aims to illustrate how e-administration can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public service delivery. The study focuses on analyzing the impact of technology on simplifying administrative procedures, increasing transparency, and enhancing interaction between citizens and the administration. It was found that the use of e-administration significantly contributes to reducing the time and costs associated with service delivery, while also increasing citizen satisfaction. Furthermore, it enhances the ability of public institutions to provide outstanding services that better meet the needs of the community. These findings confirm that e-administration is not just a tool for modernizing government work but a necessity for achieving high-quality public services.
