Through this topic, we seek to show the relationship between caricature, laughter and joke through a socio-communicative reading in this trinity that includes an encrypted speech, only those who know the nature of this art that have taken upon themselves the concerns of peoples and sought to present them in a sarcastic form can stand, Comical and purposeful. The caricature is linked to a bitter reality and a path he has fought over many decades, linked in its entirety to what the political regimes have imposed. The front of his struggle with them and in opposition to their policies that he always sees through his drawings oppress peoples and work to subjugate them. He is subjected to harassment, as he seeks to develop in light of what modern technologies have imposed.
