Abstract

This study sought to investigate the reality of cinematic film professions in the production stage, their functions and features of development in them, which were related to the tasks, capabilities, and means used by the professional. Through the applied field study on the Algerian achievement, this study attempted to present the work of the technical team in the production stage and also track its procedural steps through roles and means; Where a definition was given to each profession of cinema during the production stage (that is, those related to the sections of picture, sound and decoration) and the role, function, tasks, conditions of the profession and its techniques were presented.

For this purpose, we adopted the interview to collect information and data, as well as participatory observation by attending the filming of works accompanied by professionals. We also adopted the "behind the scenes" approach to examine the roles of professionals and the methods used.
