Abstract

The study attempts to conduct a reading of Executive Decree 16/222 containing the general conditions book that defines the rules imposed on each television or radio broadcasting service, in order to adjust the Algerian legislator’s perspective on the values he seeks to abide by the licensed audio-visual channels.  The specific principles of the system of values on which it is based conceptualize the television and radio broadcasting service according to the philosophy of the Algerian legislator.
