Main Article Content
Abstract
The present study explains the subject of supervising university graduation research in Algeria and the factors of badness that characterize the process and the change management adopts an approach to consider this. It presents data from a "file" experiment, which adopts John Kotter's eight-change model, which was conducted with a group of master's students to ensure the quality of their final theses. The experience confirmed the need to review the teaching units that exist in the humanities and social sciences within the framework of the L.M.D system by focusing on the theories of the cognitive field and the methods of scientific research in order to provide students with the necessary mechanisms and qualify them to practice it.
