The secret immigration of the Algerian employee in light of the organizational communication climate of the Algerian institution. (A fieldstudy at the educational institution AbeidAbeid in the state of Tebessa)

this study aimed at revealing the phenomenon of the loss of many competencies of employees in Algerian institutions, regardless of the various activities they provide. After attempts to curb the brain drain, a new method of immigration emerged, represented in illegal immigration. In recent years, this has become not only limited to the category of unemployed youth, but also to employees of the public or private sector, which has become among the new threats affecting Algerian institutions.
The descriptive approach and the comprehensive survey method were relied upon as a method of sampling in the educational institution, and the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for data collection. within the climate in which communication takes place in an organizational manner affects the push of the individual employee towards emigration,in addition to reaching the fact that the psychological, social and organizational are among the most important factors leading to clandestine migration in a radical way
