Digital requirements for academics and education at times of pandemics: A field study

This study aims at defining the most important requirements for the human resources working in academia to remotely do their tasks and also for a better digital education. By conducting a field study on a sample of academics from the faculty of humanities and social sciences at the University of Annaba during COVID-19 epedemic in order to answer the question, "What are the main digital requirements for academia's human resources in times of epidemics?" And we applied the sample survey method while relying on the available sources and references. Among the most important findings were the need for high-quality planning and appropriate training.
