Challenges of Methodological Adaptation in Virtual Space Research: An Evaluative Vision of Renewal Paths in Media and Communication Studies

The need in the virtual environment and the changes that have characterized the study of humanities phenomena and the identification of the field of media science called for a review of research trends in these fields. Research in this new environment opens up new prospects for researchers, especially in the level of Malitodological rethinking approach, allowing for the creation of systematic tools and even new theoretical approaches, from which this study aimed at identifying the problem of practical curriculum renewal in the field of information and communication sciences in the virtual environment And we have been exposed to the reasons behind the need for curriculum renewal in information and communication research, How technological challenges have contributed to the renewal of traditional curricula in media and communication studies And thus a review of the most prominent approaches that contributed to the systematic tradition of information and communication science and to the referral of the blurring of the handling of electronic content and the process of receiving in the virtual environment. Finally, we showed the manifestations of this renewal, which was reflected in the emergence of new research fields in the wide field of information and communication science, which necessitated new methodologies that accommodate these research patterns
