Abstract
The childhood rate among the essential life grades which form a new generation in societies, and develop the capacities of child, and it form his personality and his cultural, value, epistemic , behavioral, and even sociological conscience, hereupon this basis the educational institute must care the psychological and educational situations which form the understanding of the child and his sociological conscience, his culture, and even his behavior, for insert a good communication between the child and the society where he lives
