Abstract

This study came in the context of talking about the system of academic training through global variables that gave a broader dimension to the academic institutions Here the concept of information specialists emerged in diverse contexts that coincide with the information society , This concept is now open to many institutions that are interested in the governance of information ;In this study, we will be interested in talking about the audio-visual archive, which is part of national memory, where certain practices are required to preserve it because of its specificity, Hence, we rely on the deductive approach and the method of analyzing content through a reading of the composition programs, the archival science master as well as an interview with the archivist at the regional television station Oran; We conclude that the composition programs are still a classic.
