Abstract

The Algerian society is living in the recent times as one of the outcomes of the revolution of information technology and digitization, which, despite being a tool for achieving progress, learning, communication and joint cooperation, but also a means of demolishing, harming and acquiring violent behavior, represented in the phenomenon of electronic bullying with multiple dimensions and effects. And it is a very dangerous negative phenomenon that has become widespread across social media platforms, affecting various social segments, and leaving negative effects in the long run, whether socially, psychologically or morally, and it supports violent behaviors and deviant practices and enhances a feeling of constant threat and anxiety.
