Abstract

Ethnographic foresight is one of the new approaches in contemporary foresight .This research paper attempts to approach its applications in media and communication studies, in order to highlight the need to update audience study approaches and openness to audiences and users phenomenon prospect, by invoking both the ethnographic and foresight methods together.


We used the descriptive methode based on reviewing and analyzing the literature tool to compile and control a set of basics related to : conceptual, procedural and means of ethnographic, media and communication foresight. The research reached many results related to the methodological and cognitive basics, especially the selection of a harmonious and multidisciplinary research team, which carries out its activities in person or remotely through software, platforms and applications prepared in this regard.
