Obstacles to e-learning and mechanisms for activating it at the Algerian University

Abstract

The development that the world has witnessed in information and communication technologies has led to the discovery of new ways to improve and develop life. E-learning learning is one manifestation of this development, as the transition to this new form has become an urgent necessity for higher quality education.  E-learning takes place through different platforms, the educational process between professor and student.
