Abstract
The educational effort is fundamentally aimed at putting the learner on the path to success. In order to achieve this objective, the didactic approach must be adequate. In recent years, teaching methods have evolved considerably, relying particularly on new information and communication technologies (ICT). This is how the problematic of this study takes shape: what are the substances that effectively contribute to the improvement of educational activity And what are the strengths weaknesses of the use of technological tools in teaching learning?
